I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The units were recently updated, clean, and spacious, making it a very comfortable place to stay. I truly appreciated the access to the Grand Geneva spa and fitness center, which was a nice added bonus. The shuttle service was convenient, although we chose to drive. The environment felt family-friendly, and the staff were generally polite and accommodating. However, noise issues from neighboring guests and some disorganized activities detracted a bit from the overall experience. I had a fantastic stay at the resort! The spacious two-bedroom unit was not only clean but also beautifully updated, and I loved having a view of the golf course.
